VIAR WELD
VIAR WELD is a 90° branch fitting connection, designed to ensure integral reinforcement. Dimensions of VIAR WELD are in accordance with MSS SP-97. VIAR WELD can be manufactured according to customer’s special design. VIAR WELD is “set on” branch reinforced fitting.
VIAR SOCK
VIAR SOCK is a 90° branch fitting connection having the main dimensions of VIAR WELD but only the header end is chamfered. The branch end has a socket inside the branch reinforced fitting.Dimensions of VIAR SOCK are in accordance with MSS SP-97. VIAR SOCK can be manufactured according to customer’s special design. VIAR SOCK is available for classes 3000, 6000 and 9000 for high pressure. VIAR SOCK is “set on” branch reinforced fitting.
VIAR THREAD
VIAR THREAD is a 90° branch fitting connection having the main dimensions of VIAR WELD but only the header end is chamfered. The branch end have a threaded socket inside the branch reinforced fitting. Dimensions of VIAR THREAD are in accordance with MSS SP-97. VIAR THREAD can be manufactured according to customer’s special design. VIAR THREAD is available for classes 3000, 6000 and 9000 for high pressure. VIAR THREAD is “set on” branch reinforced fitting.
VIAR ELB
VIAR ELB is a 90° long/short radius fitting connection designed to ensure integral reinforcement. Dimensions of VIAR ELB are in accordance with VIAR’s standard. VIAR ELB can be manufactured according to customer’s special design. It’s available for butt weld, socket weld and threaded for classes 3000, 6000 and 9000 for high pressure. VIAR ELB is “set on” branch reinforced fitting.
VIAR LAT
VIAR LAT is a 45° branch fitting connection, designed to ensure integral reinforcement. Dimensions of VIAR LAT are in accordance with MSS SP-97. VIAR LAT can be manufactured according to customer’s special design. VIAR LAT is available for butt weld, socket weld and threaded for classes 3000, 6000 and 9000 for high pressure. VIAR LAT is “set on” branch reinforced fitting.
VIAR NIP
VIAR NIP is a 90° branch fitting connection. VIAR NIP is an integral branch reinforce fitting composed by a VIAR WELD and a PIPE NIPPLE. VIAR NIP is “set on” branch reinforced fitting.

VIAR NIPOFLANGE is a 90° branch fitting connection. VIAR NIPOFLANGE is an integral branch reinforce fitting composed by a VIAR WELD, PIPE NIPPLE and a welding neck flange. VIAR NIPOFLANGE is “set on” branch reinforced fitting.
VIAR ELB FLANGED / VIAR LAT FLANGED
VIAR ELB-FLANGED and VIAR LAT-FLAGED are self reinforced branch connections similar to VIAR ELB and VIAR LAT but with an integral flanged end.

VIAR SWEEP 45°
VIAR SWEEP 45° is a 45° branch fitting connection designed to ensure integral reinforcement. Dimensions of VIAR SWEEP 45° are in accordance with VIAR’s standard. VIAR SWEEP 45° is “set in” branch reinforced fitting. VIAR SWEEP 45° allows the 100% radiographic control of welds after installation on main header pipe.
VIAR SWEEP FLANGED
VIAR SWEEP FLANGED is a branch fitting similar to a VIAR SWEEP but with an integral flanged at one end. It allows 100% radiographic examination on one side and it avoids a butt-welding on the other end.

In addition to the incoming material control, VIAR Quality department carries out regular controls during the manufacturing cycle.
VIAR is equipped with various automatic welding machines for the Cladding of pipes and special components.
All items are carefully protected in order to prevent the rust and/or any kind of damage during transportation and handling.
VIAR premises is equipped with Multi-Tasking Machining Center which is a complete fusion of CNC turning center and machining center, forming by far the most advanced Multi-Tasking machine in the industry. Complete all operations in a single setup – turning, milling, boring, drilling and more. The machine delivers precision and performance for heavy, largediameter, shaft-type workpieces for a wide range of industry applications.
Heat treatment is a controlled process used to alter the microstructure of materials such as metals and alloys to impart properties which benefit the working life of a component, for example increased surface hardness, temperature resistance, ductility and strength.
VIAR premises is equipped with an extensive range of modern machinery ensuring optimum quality of production in total conformity with the most stringent specifications.
The raw material is stictly sourced from Italian or west European qualified suppliers.
Our Operations Unit is the nerve center of the Company, through which all necessary information for the planning and practical execution of a Project flow. It’s the department that the Client will interface for the duration of the Project.
VIAR is able to design and verify special piping components by means of Fintite Element Analysis.
